Non-duality
and Advaita
The style of this non-duality expression finds its roots in
Advaita, and several schools of Buddhism, although the
essence of non-duality is found in numerous traditions,
ranging from Zen to Dzogchen, as well as western philosophy
and science.
The heart of Reality is always fresh and available to
anyone regardless of belief or lack thereof. I
wholeheartedly encourage you to discover Reality for
yourself free of any traditional concepts, filters or
spiritual preconceptions.
After
many years of searching I spoke to Stephen Wingate and he
very simply and quickly helped clarify the matter for me. I
recommend that you check out
Stephen’s website,
audio recordings (many which are freely available on his
site) as well as his books. His presentation of this is
very simple and direct, without pretence or unnecessary
complexity. Similarly, John Wheeler, 'Sailor' Bob
Adamson and Sri Nisargadatta Maharaj are all teachers
whose presentation of this is excellent and accessible.
